"I switched to Mr. Parker just over a year ago due to my insurance was going up randomly for no reason. I called my old agent and he said sorry nothing I can do. Fortunately I ran into Otis and ask what he was doing now so I told him I would call. He did give me a great savings plus lower deductible from the start! Ironically yesterday I had my old insurance agent reach out to me to see how things are going and if they could get a chance to see if they can do anything for me.
